Hi. I’m Craig David Long (he/him) — queer, environmentalist and writerish.

I live and work on the unceded, traditional territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) People in the area known commonly today as Vancouver, Canada.

Professionally, I’m an award-winning writer, editor, creative director and content strategist. After gaining more than a decade-and-a-half of cumulative experience in publishing, art, design and communications across a variety of industries, I now focus on social and environmental justice causes. Today, I’m rewarded daily by combining these passions in my work as the Content Manager for the David Suzuki Foundation, Canada’s largest and most-trusted environmental non-profit.

My expertise and select portfolio:

Branding & Communications
Trend Forecasting

Editorial Content

I also keep a personal creative writing and content curation practice that explores themes of health and well-being, gender and sexuality, the environment and their relationships to each other through the body.
